Five contestants. One challenge: defend… or expose? The contestants must tackle a high-pressure enforcement hearing, taking sides on breaches of the Policyholder Protection Rules. 

With a product under scrutiny for hidden fees, unfair claim rejections, and gaps in consumer protection, the judges will see who can navigate the fine line between good intentions and real-world consequences. Only the Top 3 will move on to the finale – every argument counts.
