This is one challenge that truly empowers future insurance leaders and drives the industry’s growth.

It was the catalyst that turned dreams into reality: becoming a CRO and building my personal brand as an actuary, image architect, and motivational coach. That vision finds expression in the lifestyle brand I founded, and is strengthened by my research role at the University of Johannesburg, where my expertise in risk, strategy, and transformation empowers students and women to discover their superpowers, refine them, and boldly pursue possibility.

You face uncomfortable situations that test your resilience, expose blind spots, and build confidence that no classroom can. Many don’t enter because it feels daunting, others enter for recognition, but the real value is entering for yourself. You’ll leave sharper, braver, and better prepared for life’s curveballs. That’s what TIA gave me, lessons I still draw on every day.
The Insurance Apprentice was more than a competition - it was a mirror, a mentor, and a moment that shifted my entire perspective. I walked in with ambition and walked out with purpose. The experience deepened my passion for insurance and reaffirmed that I am exactly where I want to be.
